Have you too been misinformed about what would be the
right background music for hypnosis? Have you ever heard
that the best music for this purpose is classical or
music with a tempo of 60 beats per minute (bpm)?
The truth is... may be... It depends... on your
client's needs.
If you are talking about listening to the music while
taking a test - then yes, 60 bpm is the best.
When you are talking about helping a client with deep
emotional issues that may require using advanced
hypnotherapy techniques... then you would need something
better and more effective than 60 bpm.
The deeper your client has to be, the slower the
background sound will work the best. And the truth is... It is rare to find soundtracks that can be used for therapy and hypnosis, isn't it?
As a certified hypnotists you know better than anyone that background music needs to be both
1) slow in tempo and 2) consistent throughout the entire session. If it's too distracting, the impact of the hypnosis script and any other elements could be severely diminished.
The fact is that it could take years of your time and money to build an acceptable music collection that helps your clients to heal.
Our goal is to help our students to grow fast. That's why we've created a selection of background sounds and music that
meats both criteria and - as a result - is designed just right for you.
You may choose
background music or sounds that are enhanced with brainwave entrainment or
music without
brainwaves. If you already have a selection of background music, you may choose to mix it with an appropriate
brainwaves
pattern sounds to make it more effective. |
